Welcome to LearnIQ. By accessing or using our platform at learniq.in (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
LearnIQ provides an AI-powered Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) grading platform that allows educators and educational institutions to evaluate multiple-choice answer sheets digitally. The Platform enables users to upload or capture images of OMR sheets, process them against stored answer keys, and receive grading results. The Platform also provides a public directory of answer keys.
The Platform is intended for use by educators, educational administrators, and educational institutions. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the Platform under the supervision of an adult educator or institution. Student-facing features such as answer key viewing do not require an account.
Administrator accounts are required to create exam templates, manage answer keys, and access the grading workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful educational purposes. You agree not to:
Exam templates, answer keys, and other educational content you create on the Platform remain your intellectual property. By publishing answer keys publicly, you grant LearnIQ a non-exclusive license to display that content to users of the Platform. You retain the right to remove published content at any time through the admin dashboard.
While we strive to provide accurate OMR grading results, the Platform uses automated image processing and mark recognition technology that may not be 100% accurate in all conditions. Factors such as image quality, sheet condition, and marking clarity can affect results. We recommend verifying critical grading results manually. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
The Platform displays advertisements through Google AdSense to support the free availability of our services. These advertisements are served by Google and are subject to Google's advertising policies. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LearnIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, grading errors, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Platform (if any).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
